Toper Thermocouple (Twin Tail)

This Thermocouple has a black cable and white cable to connect to your roaster to read the temperature of drum or exhaust depending on where it is fitted. It has a second set of white and black cables so you can connect a secondary device to read temperature such as a USB device to allow computer software to also read the temperature.
