The Toper Fire Protection system can be built into the chaff cyclone of coffee roasters with a capacity of 30kg upwards, the system monitors the temperature in the cyclone and if it exceeds the set level because of a fire it automatically sprays water into the chaff cyclone to extinguish the fire.
