Toper Coffee Roasters have excelled again in supplying their coffee roasting equipment to a Prison in the United States of America.
Pictured in green another Toper Industrial Roaster, this one in 240kg capacity - Toper will manufacture your roaster in any colour you like if you can provide the RAL code.
Toper have installed a 180kg Coffee Roaster into the California Mule Creek prison, Sacramento, USA which will be used by the prisoners as part of their rehabilitation along with a Toper grinding mill to grind the roasted coffee beans. The industrial roaster looks incredibly smart in the pictured Burgundy.
The prison operates a roastery producing more then 400,000 kilos of coffee annually for various taxpayer supported agencies. Around 40 inmates at a time receive training and work skills in coffee cupping, blending, roasting, grinding and packaging techniques.
Toper sent a 4 man technical team to the Californian prison to oversee the install, they stayed for 10 days inside the prison to lead the install along with inmates and CALPIA staff.
